Since December 2001, we have been dedicated to transforming the fruit from outside the monastery's town and that of our regions. Our jams are made with the fusion of seasonal fruit and sugar, which is our preservative.
You will find classic jams such as apricot, melicotón or orange. Sauces like sweet and sour pomegranate or pepper. Also olive and tomato pickles.
Not so classic, more innovative jams come out of our workshop. The apple, apple and kiwi, banana with chocolate or orange with whisky; among others that you will find detailed in the "List of products and prices" section.
